Becoming Carriers of Peace

The peace Jesus offers isn’t just for us to receive—it’s for us to carry and share with others. When we know Jesus as our Prince of Peace, He transforms us into dispensers of peace.

In John 14:27, Jesus promises,
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

This peace is powerful:
  • It calms anxious minds.
  • It strengthens weary souls.
  • It restores relationships.

Jesus told His disciples in Luke 10:5-6:
"When you enter a house, first say, ‘Peace to this house.’ If someone who promotes peace is there, your peace will rest on them."

Imagine this: everywhere you go—your home, workplace, or neighborhood—you have the ability to bring peace. Not because of who you are, but because of Who lives within you.

How can we carry peace?
  • Spend time in God’s Word (Psalm 119:165): “Great peace have those who love your law.”
  • Stay rooted in prayer (Philippians 4:6-7).
  • Worship in every circumstance (Isaiah 61:3).

This week, ask yourself: Who can I bring peace to? A family member? A coworker? Maybe a friend who’s struggling.

Join us this Sunday at Dreamer's Church for part two of our "KING JESUS" series. If someone you know needs peace, invite them. Let’s become carriers of His peace to our city.
