The Mosaic of the Church – A New Series at Dreamer’s Church in Austin
There’s something breathtaking about a mosaic. From a distance, it looks like a single, beautiful image, but up close, you realize it’s crafted from broken pieces, all different in color, shape, and texture. That’s exactly how God designed His Church. And here in Austin, we believe it’s time to rediscover that picture.
At Dreamer’s Church, we’re kicking off a brand-new series called “Mosaic of the Church: Pictures That Paint a Thousand Words.” This isn’t just another teaching—it’s a deep dive into how God sees His Church and why your place in it matters more than ever.
Here’s the big idea: The CHURCH was never meant to be an individualistic institution. It was created by God to be a MOSAIC, a divine masterpiece crafted by the hands of a creative God. Each of us, with our unique stories, backgrounds, giftings, and personalities, is not just a spectator in this thing called CHURCH. We are pieces in a MOSAIC God has been forming since the beginning of time. Made from the diverse fragments of gifting, personality, talent, and calling, we are joined together in Christ as His CHURCH.
You’re not just attending church, you’re part of something God is building. Until you see your role in the mosaic, you'll always feel like a piece without a pattern. But God is placing you, shaping you, and calling you into something beautiful and whole.
Why This Series Matters Right Now

Through the book of Ephesians, we’ll explore six powerful images that paint the Church as:
We’re not just a group of Sunday morning spectators—we are participants in shaping the world around us. Like the word “ekklesia” in the Bible, we’re a gathered assembly, called out by God and called together on purpose, for a purpose.
